Reading the fine print
What are these spins actually worth?
Each line multiplies spins by spin value, applies the slot RTP for an expected win, then shows the wagering that win carries. Treat every figure as an estimate.
Twenty free spins on Legacy of Dead carry NZ$2.00 in face value and need no deposit at all. The catch most players miss is the NZ$100 cashout cap on what they win.

The morning after the win
Follow your spin winnings to cash
The usual worry is a win that never reaches the bank, and these rules show the way.
When is the account checked?
By the first withdrawal, the account has to be verified, and the team allows up to 63 hours to review a photo ID, a proof of address and a payment card image.
Forty-one days, not forever
Winnings from the welcome spins must be wagered within 41 days, so a slow start still leaves room before the deadline closes the bonus balance.
Small ceiling, real cash
Spins given without a deposit carry a cashout ceiling of NZ$100, which is the most you can take out from that SPARKGIFT20 round on Legacy of Dead.
How heavy is the 30x?
Wagering of 30 times sits on the bonus amount for welcome spins, so NZ$27.26 won on Madame Destiny Megaways needs play worth NZ$817.80 before anything moves.

Offer Line-Up
Compare the welcome steps with the no-deposit round before you commit, since each one carries its own slot and stake.
When the Code Asks for Capitals
Type the code in the promo field at the cashier, watching for capitals and for the step it belongs to.
Before You Top Up
Fund the account with at least the minimum stated for that step, and keep Skrill out of it if the offer excludes that method.
Where the Spins Sit
Open the named slot only, where the spins sit at their fixed stake; other games will not show them.
Six answers before you spin
Still unsure what a spin is worth?
Keep this open the moment a spin value, a payout or a missing batch of spins needs settling.
trustWhy does the value of one spin matter for what I win?+
Value per spin sets the stake used on every turn, so a higher value can reach bigger wins without extra cost to you. Whatever the reels pay stays bonus credit until the wagering on it is cleared. Only then does it turn into cash you can take out.
trustHow long do I have to use spins on my phone?+
Spins load in the mobile browser and inside the application, and the balance shows in your account as soon as they are credited. From a phone each batch usually has to be used within a few days of landing, so a quick look in your account on the day it arrives saves a loss.
trustWhere do I withdraw what the free spins won?+
Cash outs go back through the payment method you used, from the cashier inside your account. Bonus credit must first be played through at the stated multiplier, and confirming your identity is asked for before a first payout. Review of those documents takes up to 63 hours.
trustWhy does the largest batch ask so much of a player?+
The biggest single batch on the table is 300 spins, and it belongs to the top tier of the weekly club rather than to a first deposit. Reaching it means long-term play at the upper levels, spelled out in the club terms. Smaller batches sit one level below, at 125 and 50.
trustWhat happens when I confirm my email or verify?+
Small batches are handed out for actions rather than payments, such as adding your details to the profile, installing the application or clearing verification. Those spins carry no wagering in two of the three cases. Each lands on a named slot and expires within days.
trustWhy should I care which licence this casino holds?+
Games here run under a licence from the Gaming Control Board Curaçao, number OGL/2016/5388/937, held by Neon54 Casino N.V. That regulator sits outside New Zealand, so local dispute services cannot act for you. The licence does require audited reels, checked by iTech Labs and BMM Testlabs.

Spins recovered
Finding the spins you expected
Neon54 keeps a short list of causes, and most vanished spins sit on the first one.
Skrill deposits excluded
Skrill payments are excluded from the spin offers, so a deposit made that way leaves no spins on the account and a fresh deposit with another method is needed.
Wrong slot, no spins
Spins stay inside the named slot, so opening a different game shows an empty bonus balance until you return to Legacy of Dead or Madame Destiny Megaways.
Unconfirmed claim
A claim waits in the bonus area until you confirm it, and the countdown starts at that moment, so an untouched claim shows nothing on the reels.
Where are you playing from?
Offers here are built for New Zealand players, and a session from elsewhere in the world simply will not see the spin button or the code.
Spins end, control stays yours
Free spins never oblige you to deposit again or to keep the reels turning once a batch runs out. Set a cap on deposits, on losses or on session length inside your account, and reach the Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand or the Gambling Helpline New Zealand for a real conversation.
Self-exclusion. Closes your account for a chosen stretch, keeping you out of every game and every offer until it ends.
Loss limits. Caps what you can lose or how long you stay logged in, so a bad night has a hard edge.
Cooling-off period. Pauses your account for a set period, something to reach for when a break feels overdue.
